Who can attend Core+Kin classes?

All mothers are welcome— whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood. We create space for every stage.

Can I bring my baby or child?

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome to attend. While our movement may focus on newborn and pre-crawling/postpartum needs, we love having toddlers, older siblings, or babies just along for the ride. There’s no such thing as “too wiggly” here.

I’m postpartum. When can I start coming?

We recommend that all postpartum mothers receive medical clearance from their doctor before participating in physical activity. However, you are always welcome to attend and connect— whether or not you're ready to move. Bring your baby, meet other mamas, and soak in the community. We’re here for all of it.

I’m pregnant. Can I join the classes?

Yes, absolutely! If you’ve been cleared by your doctor for physical activity during pregnancy and have no conditions that would make gentle Pilates unsafe, our classes are a beautiful way to stay connected to your body. Let us know your stage of pregnancy so we can offer support and modifications as needed.

What should I bring to class?

  • A yoga or Pilates mat

  • A blanket or towel for your baby to lie on (if they’re not in a carrier or stroller)

  • Water, snacks, or anything you or your child needs for comfort

  • Diapers, wipes, and grace (always grace)

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes, we recommend registering ahead of time to save your spot. Our classes are often outdoors or in shared spaces, so headcount helps us plan!
